The Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) provides the information necessary to give our customers a clear understanding of what eHosting Ec expects of them while using the service. All users of eHosting Ec services must accept this AUP and the Terms and Conditions of Use.

We use the uncensored flow of information and we do not actively monitor subscriber activity under normal circumstances, we do not exercise final editorial control of the content of any Web Site, transmission of E-mail or any other material that is uploaded in the services, without However, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use, we may remove any material that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, we may be subject to defect, or that may violate this AUP.

If an eHosting Ec account is used for illegal purposes or acts, or violates the Terms and Conditions of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your service without notice.

VIOLATIONS constitute:

    • 1. Illegal use: eHosting Ec services cannot be used for illegal purposes, or in aid of illegal activities. eHosting Ec reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and / or third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.
    • 2. Harm to minors: Use of the eHosting Ec service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way.
    • 3. Fraudulent Activity: Use of the Hosting service, to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as “pyramid schemes,” “ponzi schemes,” and “chain letters”.
    • 4. Forgery or impersonation: The addition, removal or modification of identifying the header information of the network in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person using the forged headers you identify is prohibited. The use of re-mailers or anonymous nicknames does not constitute impersonation.
    • 5. Sending spam: Any person hosting sites or services on their server that allows spammers or unsolicited e-mail senders that cause any of our IP spaces to be listed in the various Spam databases will have their servers immediately removed of our network. The server will not be reconnected until you agree to remove ANY trace of the material immediately and COMPLETELY.
